Mkuu wa Chuo cha Maendeleo ya Michezo Malya Bw.Richard Mganga.

Serikali imetoa takriban Milioni 150 kukarabati miundombinu ya viwanja vya michezo pamoja na ujenzi wa kisima cha maji katika Chuo cha Maendeleo ya Michezo Malya ambacho ndio chuo pekee nchini kinachozalisha walimu wa sekta hiyo.
Akizungumza katika mahojiano maalumu, Mkuu wa Chuo hicho Bw.Richard Mganga amesema kuwa katika kipindi cha miaka mitano cha Serikali ya Awamu ya Tano chini ya Rais John Pombe Magufuli chuo kilipatiwa fedha hizo kwa ajili ya kukarabati viwanja vinavyotumika chuoni hapo lengo ikiwa ni kukuza na kuendeleza Michezo nchini.
“Tunaishukuru Serikali ya Awamu ya Tano kwa kutupatia kiasi hicho cha pesa ambacho kimetusaidia kukarabati viwanja vya michezo vikiwemo vya mpira wa pete, mpira wa wavu, mpira wa kikapu na mpira wa mikono ambavyo vinasaidia kufundisha walimu wetu”,alisema Bw. Mganga.
Bw. Mganga ameongeza kuwa katika bajeti ya mwaka 2020/2021 chuo hicho kimetengewa takriban Milioni 300 kwa ajili ya kujenga madarasa matatu na hosteli moja ambazo zitasaidia kuongeza idadi ya wanafunzi katika chuo hicho.
Kwa upande wake mwalimu wa Chuo hicho Bw. Somo Ahmed Kimwaga amesema kuwa chuo hicho kinatoa mafunzo ya michezo kwa ngazi ya Cheti na Diploma katika fani ya Uongozi wa Michezo na Ualimu wa Uongozi katika Michezo kwa Waalimu kutoka halmashauri zote nchini.
Ameongeza kuwa chuo hicho kimezalisha wataalamu wengi katika michezo akiwemo Bw. Robert Chitanda anayefundisha timu ya polisi Morogoro ambaye pia ni Mwalimu Msaidizi katika timu ya Taifa pamoja na Bw.Alfred Selengia ambaye ni Katibu Mkuu wa Chama cha Mpira wa Wavu Tanzania (TAVA).
Chuo cha Maendeleo ya Michezo Malya kipo katika Wilaya ya Kwimba Jijini Mwanza.
