Muonekano wa jengo la utawala katika Hospitali ya Wilaya ya Uyui Mkoani Tabora baada ya ujenzi wa Hospitali hiyo kukamilka na kuanza kutoa huduma, ujenzi wa Hospitali hiyo umegharimu shilingi Bilioni 1.5 hadi kukamilika ikiwa kati ya Hospitali 71 zilizojengwa katika kipindi cha Serikali ya Awamu ya Tano.

Serikali ya Awamu ya Tano chini ya Jemedari, Dkt. John Pombe Magufuli imeboresha utoaji wa huduma za afya kwa wananchi na kuokoa fedha iliyokuwa ikitumika kugharamia matibabu nje ya nchi.

Hayo yameelezwa Bungeni jijini Dodoma na Waziri wa Fedha na Mipango, Dkt. Philip Mpangowakati akiwasilisha Bajeti Kuu ya Serikali kwa Mwaka wa Fedha 2020/2021.

“Kwa upande wa uboreshaji wa huduma za afya mafanikio yaliyopatikana katika awamu hii ya uongozi hadi Aprili 2020 ni pamoja na kuboresha miundombinu ya afya kwa kujenga zahanati 1,198, vituo vya afya 487, hospitali za Halmashauri za Wilaya 71, hospitali za rufaa za Mikoa 10 na hospitali za rufaa za kanda tatu (3)”,  alisema Dkt. Mpango.

Sehemu ya majengo ya Hospitali ya Wilaya ya Uyui Mkoani Tabora baada ya ujenzi wa Hospitali hiyo kukamilka na tayari imeanza kutoa huduma za wagonjwa wa nje na mama na mtoto, ujenzi wa Hospitali hiyo umegharimu shilingi Bilioni 1.5 hadi kukamilika ikiwa kati ya Hospitali 71 zilizojengwa katika kipindi cha Serikali ya Awamu ya Tano.

Dkt. Mpango amesema kuwa bajeti ya dawa, vifaa, vifaa tiba na vitendanishi kutoka shilingi bilioni 31 mwaka 2015 hadi bilioni 269 mwaka 2019; na kuimarika kwa upatikanaji wa dawa muhimu katika vituo vya kutolea huduma za afya nchini kufikia asilimia 94.4 mwaka 2019/20 kutoka asilimia 36 mwaka 2014/15.

Aidha, kuimarika kwa huduma za afya nchini kumesaidia kupunguza idadi ya wagonjwa wanaopewa rufaa za matibabu kwenda nje ya nchi kwa asilimia 95 na kuokoa takribani shilingi bilioni 20 ambazo zingetumika kuwapeleka wagonjwa nje ya nchi.

Muonekano wa Chumba cha Upasuaji katika kituo cha Afya Upuge Wilayani Uyui baada ya kuboreshwa kwa gharama ya shilingi milioni 500 zilizotumika kujenga majengo mapya yaliyowezesha huduma kuboreshwa ikiwemo kuanza kwa huduma za upasuaji, Kituo hicho ni sehemu ya vituo vya afya vilivyoboreshwa na Serikali ya Awamu ya Tano katika maeneo mbalimbali hapa nchini.

Serikali ya Awamu ya Tano inatajwa kuchochea mageuzi katika kuimarisha huduma za afya hapa nchini na hivyo kuongeza ustawi wa wananchi katika maeneo ya Vijijini na Mijini.

Muonekano wa Kituo cha Afya Kerege Wilayani Bagamoyo mkoani Pwani baada ya ujenzi wa majengo mapya kukamilika na kuboreshwa kwa huduma katika kituo hicho chenye uwezo wa kutoa huduma za mama na mtoto, upasuaji, maabara, kituo hicho kimeanza kutoa huduma machi 2018 . Awali kinamama walikuwa wakipata huduma ya upasuaji Hospitali ya Wilaya ya Bagamoyo.

Jengo la Wazazi (mama na mtoto) katika Kituo cha Afya Kerege Wilayani Bagamoyo Mkoani Pwani kama inavyoonekana katika picha ikiwa ni sehemu ya maboresho katika sekta ya Afya yanayowezesha huduma za upasuaji na maabara kutolewa katika Kituo hicho ambapo upanuzi huo umegharimu shilingi milioni 500 zilizotolewa na Serikali
